Our return policy, allows for returns within 7 days from the date you receive your item, which means you have 7 days after receiving the product to request a return.

A flat rate of $7.99 applies for return shipping for undamaged products.

3/ Eligibility 🧾
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

4/ Acceptance Criteria ✅
If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, or discount coupon, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note, items returned without prior authorization will unfortunately not be accepted.
Please note we cannot return items purchased in the wrong size. To avoid any inconveniences, we encourage you to double-check your sizing for clothing and shoes before finalizing order.
5/ Damages or Issues ⚠️
We advise inspecting your order upon receipt. If an item defective, damaged, or if there has been an error in what was delivered, please contact us immediately so that we can address the issue promptly.
6/ If you damage the product after receiving it in perfect condition
If the product arrived in perfect condition, but you broke it due to misuse or by accident, then it will not be possible to exchange it.
7/ Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty and erotic products), others (such as underwear, bikinis, etc). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
8/ Exchanges ➡️⬅️
For the quickest resolution when seeking an exchange, we recommend returning the original item first; once approved, feel free to make a new purchase for the desired product.
9/ Refunds Period 🪙
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
